I recently spent two nights here and my room and view were amazing. Because of the snow, I had to eat both nights in the hotel but was happy to do so because of the staff. The food is just okay but the outstanding service makes up for it. Diego, Julie, and Nick behind the bar work together so cohesively it’s awesome. Then the service from Zee and Serena was so personable and lovely, they really made my nights. I got a massage in the spa from Nicole and wish I could take her back to Florida with me, she was that good! Can’t wait to come back and visit in the summer!

Visited for a girls weekend. There was a show Saturday night that was good but a very low key crowd. We purchased rooms with breakfast included and had the vouchers in hand when they called and said there was a mistake. We opted out of paying more. At checkout we stopped to get the bill to check the chargers. They offered us the breakfast for the trouble. At that point many of us had made other plans. It was very strange. Ultimately it was a good stay and we might try it again next year.

I took my mom here for her 60th birthday and did the spa getaway package. The staff at this resort are INCREDIBLE. Upon checking in, the staff realized I booked for the following day by mistake (how I messed that up I’ll never know!!). Amy and Kassandra at the front desk reassured us that this wouldn’t be an issue and they would get it adjusted for us. Not only did they fix our reservation but they upgraded our room to a balcony with a view!! It was just warm enough we got to sit outside with a blanket and enjoy the views of the property. We went to dinner that evening at the Italian restaurant on the property. Teddy was our waiter and he was absolutely incredible - I couldn’t sing his praises enough. He was so attentive and kind, answered all of our questions and made the evening so special. He brought dessert out and sang happy birthday beautifully to close out the night. We will absolutely be back!

Photographing a wedding at Water’s Edge Resort & Spa was a wonderful experience. The setting itself is stunning, and the overall atmosphere feels calm, elevated, and thoughtfully cared for. From a photographer’s perspective, it’s the kind of venue where the environment supports the story rather than competing with it, the day flows naturally, and moments feel easy to capture without forcing anything. What stood out most was how supportive and attentive the venue team was with the couple. The staff created a sense of ease throughout the day, helping the couple feel comfortable and cared for rather than rushed or overwhelmed. That kind of presence behind the scenes makes a meaningful difference in how the day feels, and in the authenticity of the moments that unfold. It was also a day where the vendor collaboration felt strong and respectful. Working alongside Clear Vision Videography felt seamless, hair by Hair by Hannah and makeup by Blonde Ambition photographed beautifully and held up throughout the day, and the overall aesthetic remained cohesive and timeless on camera. Water’s Edge is a wonderful option for couples who want a scenic, well-run venue paired with a team that genuinely supports the experience of the day, not just the schedule.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful destination for a weekend retreat, date weekend or whatever. Awesome in house spa. My wife & I went to their New Year's Eve event & had a great time. Went with 2 other couples & sat a a table for 10 with 2 other couples. Fun time had by all. Amazing food & service. Rooms are a bit dated, but that's the worst of it. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at the River House at Waters Edge Spa. The house itself was spotlessly clean, absolutely gorgeous, and so cosy — it instantly felt like a home away from home. It was beautifully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay effortless and really comfortable. Having access to the spa was such a treat and really elevated the whole experience. The spa had a lovely, intimate and cosy feel, with two saunas, a cold plunge pool, a swimming pool, and three hot tubs, all immaculately maintained. It felt peaceful, relaxing, and never overcrowded — the perfect place to unwind. Overall, the stay was fantastic value for money considering the quality of the accommodation and spa facilities. We left feeling completely relaxed and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

It was great. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. They take care od anything you might need. Restaurant/bar great food and drinks. Only bad moment I had was that someone tried to come in my room thru the connected room next door. Glad for the safe lock. But got me a bit nervous. I put a complain with the lobby attendant and she was very helpful. Overall everything was great

We spent 1 night as a local get away (we live 30 minutes away) the room was big and had a 2 sided fireplace. Wife and i had a great time. Diner was awesome. It is a lot of food. My wife and i dont eat much so it made 2-3 meals for each of us. Breakfast was good, nowhare near a special as dinner, but as good as ive had at most really good dinners. Not something we can afford to do often. But she had just worked 46 days straight and so it was a great "reconnecting". And bonus there was a wedding held that evening, so we sat on the balcony and watched the sound and the wedding.
